Central Coast Council seeks a People and Culture Senior Business Partner to collaborate with staff and leaders, delivering strategic and operational HR advice while case managing employee relations matters and supporting investigations.
You will lead performance management, organisational change and workforce planning, contribute to policies and programs, and help embed current HR systems.
Hybrid/adaptable work with three days onsite at Wyong and two from home.
