Customer Service AdvisorTuggerah, NSW | $* per hour | Monday to FridayWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a busy Customer and Publisher Services team based in Tuggerah.About the RoleThis role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to bookseller customers and publisher clients, building strong working relationships and ensuring customer requests are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.Proactively liaising with customers and clients to maintain solid working relationshipsResponding to customer and client enquiries via phone and written communicationProcessing orders, return authorisations, rebates, group buys, transfers, consignment sales, remainders, direct shipments and other customer requestsEnsuring requests are processed accurately and completed right the first timeResolving customer and client queries within agreed service levelsHandling customer and client complaints effectively and professionallyMaintaining effective communication with internal departmentsWorking towards departmental performance and service-level targetsEscalating ongoing issues or queries to the Team Leader or Manager when requiredIdentifying opportunities to improve processes,
