We're looking for a passionate, experienced and creative Brunch Chef to join our growing team and help us create a fresh and exciting dining experience.Key responsibilitiesIndependently develop and create cutting-edge brunch dishesContribute to daily specials, seasonal dishes and ongoing menu developmentPrepare and present high-quality food with consistency and attention to detailMaintain high standards of food safety, HACCP compliance and kitchen hygieneManage food preparation,



stock control and minimise food wasteWork efficiently and independently during busy service periodsAbout youMinimum 2 years of experience in a brunch café or similar kitchen environmentFood Safety Supervisor certification and sound knowledge of HACCP principles and kitchen hygiene standardsProven ability to independently develop new dishes and contribute creative menu ideasStrong understanding of up-to-date Australian brunch cuisineExcellent cooking skills, food presentation and attention to detailReliable, organised and able to work well in a teamAvailability for rostered shifts between Tuesday and SundayAbout usWe are an exciting new brunch café located on one of South Yarra's busiest streets.Competitive hourly pay of $30-$35, depending on experienceFlexible part-time hoursOpportunity to contribute to menu development and bring your own creative ideas to lifeFriendly and supportive working environmentOpportunity to grow with a recent and exciting café
