attention to detail and a positive professional attitude.Responsibilities and DutiesResponsible for purchasing and stock management for the facilityDesigning and adjusting menu items and service offeringsSupervising and training new kitchen/hospitality staffOverseeing impeccable food safety standards and practicesThis role is located at our Bethania Gardens facility and will be hired on a Permanent Part time basis.Skills, Attributes and ExperienceOur ideal candidate will have significant previous experience within the food services industry, ideally within health/aged care.
They will have strong time management skills, the ability to work to deadlines and the ability to maintain an organised, process-driven workplace.
We are looking for someone who will be able to easily prioritise the health and safety of residents, all while delivering a menu that is creative, exciting and especially tasty!
