Full Time Radiology Bookings Clerk - Customer Contact CentreMarina Radiology is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Radiology Bookings Clerk to join our energetic Customer Contact Centre team in Berwick, Victoria.
This full time role is an excellent chance for an organised and detail-oriented professional to contribute to the smooth running of our medical imaging services.
All patient communication will be done via telephone or the internet.What you'll be doingEfficiently managing patient bookings and enquiries for a range of radiology services (e.g. CT, MRI, X-ray and Ultrasound)Providing exceptional customer service to both patients and healthcare providersMaintaining accurate patient records and scheduling informationCoordinating with our radiology teams to ensure timely and seamless appointment schedulingAssisting with other administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the Customer Contact CentreThe role will require you to work a rotating 38 hour roster between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday (overtime rates apply).
What we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer service or administrative role,
