resident experience and meaningful relationships are at the heart of what you do.What You'll Be DoingOversee day-to-day kitchen operationsCreate and maintain nutritious menus with a focus on healthy eatingManage stock control, ordering and budgetsLead rostering, training and team developmentMentor and support kitchen team membersLiaise with residents, clients and key stakeholdersMaintain HACCP, food safety and compliance standardsWhat You'll BringCertificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)Previous Head Chef, Sous Chef or kitchen leadership experienceStrong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and infection controlExperience with rostering, stock control and budget managementExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsNational Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)What's In It For You?
