Swan Christian College seeks an inclusive and cooperative Dean of Learning Enrichment to join our Secondary School team in a full-time, permanent role commencing 1 January 2027. This leadership position coordinates learning support, oversees case management, and champions inclusive education across the College with a faith-centered approach.

You will lead staff, coordinate NCCD funding and compliance, and work closely with families and the wider school community to remove barriers and help
