YMCA Victoria is seeking a part time Team Leader to manage and lead staff across Yarrawonga pools and recreation facilities.
You will drive delivery of programs and services, mentor a small team, and support on-duty operations to maintain high safety and service standards.
The role requires solid admin skills, attention to detail, and prior experience as a duty manager or lifeguard.
Regular rostered hours during peak seasons are expected.
