You will work closely with the MD, taking ownership of credit decisions, pipeline management, and policy development in a quick-paced boutique brokerage.The role offers a explicit path to Head of Credit, with responsibility for setting standards, writing submissions, and coaching the team.
Sydney-based hybrid work and solid lender relationships are key.
