As a casual hospitality professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our vibrant establishment.At our cafe, we take pride in serving high-quality coffee and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
We seek an experienced barista who can thrive in a busy cafe environment while consistently producing exceptional coffee.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks (including lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, etc.) with precision and consistency.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is in top condition.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring a positive experience.
Take orders, process payments,



and handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
Support fellow team members with food preparation, cleaning, and general cafe duties.
Ensure that coffee and beverages meet our high taste, presentation, and quality standardqualifications.
Barista experience in a fast-paced cafe workplace (experience in specialty coffee is a plus).
Ability to multitask effectively and stay organised in a busy environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and Public holidays.
