RETAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER- HAMILTON HILL Apply if you are an enthusiastic and friendly candidate who likes providing excellent customer service.
Looking for a staff member who can work on regular or casual basis.
Versatile schedule Monday to Friday (9 am to 5 pm).
Hourly rate will be level 3 ($*).
The key duty of a Customer Service Officer is to provide exceptional customer service in a changing workplace.
The ideal candidate would be able to perform all post office duties such as mailing, sorting of parcels, processing financial and agency transactions and identity services and other services as required.
Candidates who are looking a long term job and/or have previous Post Office experience will be preferred.
A successful candidate will be trained on the job in the case of no previous Post Office experience Email with an up-to-date resume, and for further enquiries.
