Hand to Health is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to join our team and support patients with evidence-based movement, rehabilitation and exercise programs.About this RoleThis role would suit a practitioner who is passionate about helping people improve their strength, mobility, confidence and long-term health through personalised exercise prescription.You will have the prospect to work with a diverse patient base, including people recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, improving function or seeking support to move better in daily life.At Hand to Health, we take a cooperative and well-rounded approach to care.
As part of our team, you will work alongside Chiropractic and Remedial Massage practitioners in a professional clinic environment that values practical outcomes, patient education and community wellbeing.
