As they continue to grow their Managed Services practice, they are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Support Engineer to support and optimise business-critical Customer Service, Contact Center and Power Platform settings.Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Contact CenterStrong capability across Power Platform – Power Automate, Power Apps, integrationsL2/L3 support experience with solid troubleshooting and incident response skillsUnderstanding of case management, unified routing and D365 configurationClear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholdersFamiliarity with ISM, Essential 8, NIST standards (desirable)Australian Citizenship required; security clearance highly regardedThis is a outstanding opportunity for a proactive support engineer who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and delivering excellent client experiences.
