We offer a variety of Mexican-inspired dishes in a vibrant and welcoming dining environment.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Café or Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of customer service, food quality and business performance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
Supervise, train and coordinate restaurant staff.
Organise staff rosters and monitor employee performance.
Manage stock levels, ordering, inventory and supplier relationships.
Monitor restaurant budgets, operating costs and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety regulations.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
Coordinate restaurant services and ensure efficient food and beverage operations.
Assist with menu planning,



pricing and promotional activities.
Maintain high standards of customer service and overall restaurant presentation.
Qualifications and Experience To be considered for this position, applicants must have: A minimum AQF Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management or a relevant field.
At least 3 years of relevant full-time work experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Experience managing staff, rosters, stock control and restaurant budgets.
Sound knowledge of food safety regulations and hospitality industry standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
