Your current day to day: Champion a positive safety culture across the Monbeef site.
Partner with leaders to manage risks, incidents and corrective actions.
Coordinate health and safety programs, audits and compliance activities.
Deliver inductions and support workforce training and capability development.
Maintain training records and oversee site training systems and schedules.
Develop, review and manage Secure Work Instructions and safety documentation.
Facilitate safety committee meetings and critical risk management activities.
Coordinate external training providers and annual training plans.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that keep our people secure.
Build strong relationships across operations, safety, training and P C teams.
