We're looking for an experience 2IC to join a high-volume store in Seven Hills, supporting the Store Manager and leading a team of 10+.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is commercially minded, operationally strong and confident leading from the front.
About the Role You'll play a key role in Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store Leading, coaching and developing a team of 10+ Driving sales, KPIs and commercial results Maintaining a robust customer focus Managing high-volume stock and goods receiving Leading merchandising and store presentation Making quick decisions in a high-pressure environment Supporting the team through busy trading periods Managing performance and having difficult conversations when required Maintaining strong operational standards across the store About You You'll ideally bring: Previous 2IC,



Assistant Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience Big-box or high-volume retail experience Strong merchandising experience and the ability to merchandise without relying on planograms Good commercial acumen and understanding of KPIs Experience with stock management and goods receiving A natural ability to coach and develop people The confidence to make quick decisions and stay calm under pressure A solid customer and team focus * Confidence and communication skills to handle challenging conversations What's On Offer?
