Randstad, in partnership with ALPA, seeks an Employment Service Case Manager to support Yolŋu and First Nations participants in remote Northern Territory communities.
You will resolve barriers, co-design pathways, obtain IDs, and provide post-placement support across RAES programs.
Experience in remote Indigenous settings and proficiency with ECSN/ESS and Microsoft Office are essential.
Willingness to travel by air or off-road transport is required.
