Baptcare is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to join the Northaven Community in Kerang, Victoria on a casual basis.
You will contribute to the Senior Management Team, ensuring high quality care in line with Aged Care Standards and Baptcare policies.
Ideal candidates hold current AHPRA RN Division 1 registration, have at least 2 years in aged care management, and demonstrate solid leadership, communication, and ongoing improvement capabilities to support residents and families.
