Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive general practice services, including acute and chronic disease management.
Provide preventative healthcare, health assessments and ongoing patient care.
Work collaboratively with healthcare specialists to support positive patient outcomes.
Deliver culturally safe, patient-centred healthcare.
Requirements
FRACGP qualification or equivalent.
Unrestricted AHPRA registration.
Demonstrated general practice experience, preferably in a rural or regional setting, including experience caring for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Robust communication skills and a commitment to culturally safe, patient-centred healthcare.
