cohealth in Melbourne is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full time, fixed-term role ending December . The position is based between Kensington and Braybrook and involves delivering services at outpatients, clients' homes and in the community using cohealth vehicles.
The Therapist will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, develop meaningful care plans, and educate clients to adopt self-management strategies grounded in health literacy.
