You will contribute to the safety and wellbeing of residents, work in a rota-based pattern, and support customers in everyday tasks, including liaising with GP, Social Services, and advantages teams.
You will log incidents, maintain records, and prepare rooms for recent occupants. The role requires experience in customer-facing work, understanding of vulnerable people, and basic admin/IT
