Yarrawonga Health is seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to lead the Residential Aged Care team. You will support the Nurse Unit Manager, deliver person-centred care, and mentor the clinical team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.
You will be an AHPRA-registered RN with 3–5 years' nursing experience, robust leadership, and knowledge of Aged Care Standards. The role is based in Yarrawonga, Victoria, with prospects to drive quality and safety across shifts.
