Wakefield Council is seeking a dedicated Support Assistant to join the Peripatetic Service at Sherwood Court, Wakefield.
The role is * hours per week, with a 2-week rolling rota and shifts from 08:00 to 14:00, including weekends and bank holidays with enhanced rates.
You will help people stay in their own homes, promote independence, and provide person-centred care such as washing, dressing, bathing, toileting, meals, and medication.
