Koko Black Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead two iconic Sydney locations: QVB and QVB Lower Ground.
You will drive day-to-day operations, commercial performance and team culture across both stores, delivering the premium chocolate experience the brand is known for.
You'll coach and empower two-store teams, lead rostering, stock and merchandising, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to thrive in a quick-paced premium retail
