Latrobe City Council in Morwell, Gippsland, is seeking an experienced Coordinator Building Projects and Maintenance to lead a key portfolio of buildings and aquatic facilities. This permanent, full time role offers Band 8 remuneration and a chance to shape the long-term asset strategy for a major regional municipality.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and contracts, and drive high-quality project delivery to keep community assets safe, functional and well-maintained.
