We caters for 36 children per day, from ages 2 to 5 years old. We are a privately owned centre operated by Daisy Learning Centre (Entity :SHARMA , GEETIKA; ABN 42119670936) the Centre is licensed by Community Services and accredited by ACECCQA in all areas of early childhood education and care.Our aim is to provide an exceptionally high quality level of care and education for each and every child placed into our early childcare service, we are currently in the position to recruit qualified full time Early Childhood Teacher to join our team.The RoleAs the ECT and room leader, lead, guide and support a team which provides high quality Early Childhood Education and care to children. Be an active member of the Management Team and provide ongoing support and assistance to the Management Team, to develop relationships with families and children which support families, and ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, Legislation, WHS 2011 and Centre Policies and Procedures.To qualify for the role, you must hold Bachelor degree in Early Education or equivalent, first aid certificate, combined Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificate, Gecko Training Certificate and cleared working with child check, your general responsibilities are the following but not limited to:Lead and support Bumble Bee Room educators to work as a team.NSW Teacher accreditation is required and mandatory for this roleWork according to NQF, NQS and the Children’s services Regulation 2011.Work according to the Code of Ethics of the Early Childhood Australia and DLC Code of Conduct,



as adopted by Daisy Learning CentreComply with the policies and procedures of Daisy learning Centre.Ensure that the management and staff are informed of current issues.Ensure compliance with Child protection legislation and policies.Promote open communication between Management Team and staff.Planning for Children's learning in indoor and outdoor environments using various resourcesYour role would include planning for holistic development of children including social, fine motor , gross physical skills , language developmentWriting the observations and Developmental summaries to analyse and evaluate children's progress against EYLF Outcomes , Practices and PrinciplesParticipating in Parent TeacherInterviews and be able to discuss their progress with the parentsCreate a safe, supportive, stimulating and environment for the children, parents and staff.Assist the Management to ensure compliance with Corporate Governance matters.Facilitate the successful implementation of NQF and NQSFacilitate the successful completion of the WHS AuditFacilitate the successful implementation of EYLFRegularly review our philosophy, vision and policies and procedures which guide our daily practices.Work in partnership with support agencies and develop an environment which supports inclusive practices.Keep up to date with current research & theories in the Early Childhood field.Any other duties, within the scope of the position, as specified by the Management.Embedding sustainable practices in the services together with children, families, staff and communities.Resource the centre with appropriate equipment and maintenance, and ensure the team maintain it at a high standardBuild effective networks with relevant community organisations and government.Ensure WHS compliance at all timesIf you are interested, we welcome you to submit your CV for our selection by click on “Apply”.
