Life Without Barriers is seeking a Senior Youth Worker in Mackay to deliver employment-focused case management for young people involved with Youth Justice or at risk of offending. The role operates under the Skilling Queenslanders for Work (SQW) program, including Next Step Plus and Extended Post Care, and involves community-based, outreach work with weekday hours.

The position is a Full time Max Term Contract ending 12/11/27, based in the Mackay office, reporting to the Program Manager.
