Capstone Recruitment is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager for a large, in office role in Melbourne, overseeing a busy portfolio and a major capital works program. You will lead maintenance, specifications, and compliance across assets, with direct access to the asset management team and tenants on site.

You will deliver capital projects, manage contractors, and drive budgeting, reporting and safety standards across industrial and hybrid commercial assets.
