The exciting opportunity as our Clinical Nurse Manager:

- Clinical responsibility of our stable and homely 41-bed Sirius Cove aged care home in Mosman
- Provide sound clinical leadership; mentor and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality care
- Oversee data collection, review clinical indicators and support the introduction of continuous improvement initiatives to maintain accreditation compliance
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with residents and their families, address feedback and deliver exceptional customer service




- Uphold an environment where protected, effective, and high-quality care is delivered to our aged care residents, and their needs are consistently met
- Contribute to clinical risk and medication advisory meetings to ensure best practice care is provided
