Founded in 2019, LK Hospitality delivers innovative, world-class dining and events in South Yarra. Our venues include Omnia Bistro, Yugen Dining, Portside, and The Grand Room - all within the prestigious Capitol Grand. We are a group built on genuine hospitality, high standards, and a team culture that takes the craft seriously.

The Role

- Assist our chefs with prep, cooking and plating
- Learn knife skills, ingredients and kitchen procedures
- Keep your station clean, organised and food secure
- Support service wherever the team needs you

Based in South Yarra. Rostered shifts include weekends.
