Key Responsibilities

- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities across marketplace operations.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Design, implement, and monitor operational initiatives that improve supply, demand, pricing, and delivery performance.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting, dashboards, and marketplace health monitoring.
- Support quality improvement, fraud prevention, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Data Science,



and other stakeholders.
- Drive automation and process improvements using data, AI, and technology solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Marketplace Operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with SQL, Python, and/or data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Nice to Have

- Experience in marketplace, delivery, logistics, or supply-demand operations.
- Exposure to fraud, risk, trust & safety, or quality operations.
- Experience building dashboards and recurring reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AI and automation tools for process optimization.
