What you'll do

- Lead restructuring, turnaround and advisory engagements from start to finish

- Run a select portfolio of voluntary administrations

- Advise boards, lenders and stakeholders through complex situations

- Mentor and develop managers and analysts

- Help grow the firm's client and referral network

What you'll bring

- Senior Manager or Director-level restructuring experience, from a specialist firm or a Big 4/mid-tier practice

- Strong advisory and turnaround capability, with confidence leading client relationships

- CA/CPA qualified; Registered Liquidator (or working towards it) highly regarded

- A cooperative leadership style and a genuine interest in building something
