The Role

We’re seeking a passionate Physiotherapist (recent graduate or experienced) to deliver high-quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation across musculoskeletal and sports presentations. You’ll have the tools, time, and support to do your best work—plus mentorship, CPD support, and a genuine pathway to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct thorough assessments and create individualised treatment plans.
- Provide hands‑on therapy and exercise‑based rehab using our on‑site gym.
- Track outcomes and adjust programs using evidence‑based measures.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships and deliver clear, motivating education.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and uphold best‑practice standards.
- Contribute to a supportive, team‑first culture and continuous improvement.

Requirements (What You’ll Bring)





- AHPRA registration (or eligibility) and a Bachelor/Masters in Physiotherapy.
- Strong clinical reasoning with a patient‑centred approach.
- Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills.
- Confidence with exercise prescription and progressive loading principles.
- Professional Indemnity/Public Liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).
- Current CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
- Right to work in Australia.

Nice to Have (Bonus Points)

- Interest or experience in MSK/sports, post‑op rehab, or performance.
- Skills in Cupping, dry needling, or return‑to‑sport testing.
- Familiarity with Cliniko practice software and outcome measures.
