Vista Hospitality Group seeks a Reservations Agent (voco and Hotel Indigo) in Brisbane to maximize occupancy and revenue through effective reservation handling across multiple channels. You will support group bookings, events, and front desk activities as required.
You will work with Opera PMS, Simphony POS and Concerto/TARS, ensuring accurate, timely bookings and high customer service standards. This is a full time role with opportunities within Vista and IHG networks.
