Challenger is seeking an Overnight Public Area Supervisor to run the overnight cleaning operations in a premium hotel environment. You will lead from the front, ensuring public areas remain clean, protected and welcoming for guests on the overnight shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
This role requires supervisory experience in cleaning or hospitality, keen eye for detail, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently on a 7-day roster.
