The Opportunity

As a Senior CRA,



you will have the opportunity to manage your assigned sites and studies within a dedicated sponsor environment, taking ownership of your monitoring responsibilities while working closely with an experienced clinical team.

The FSP structure offers the benefits of working within a CRO, combined with the consistency of being embedded with one sponsor. You'll have the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of the sponsor's systems, processes and clinical operations, without the need to constantly transition between different clients.

About You

- Previous experience working as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), ideally at Senior CRA level.
- Strong clinical monitoring experience within the Australian clinical trials environment.
- Ability to independently manage assigned sites and monitoring activities.
- Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working within a sponsor-dedicated FSP model.
