Mörk Chocolate in North Melbourne invites a passionate cacao crafts-person to join our bean-to-bar team. You’ll work hands-on with cacao from roasting to refining, developing your palate through tastings and origin explorations, and taking pride in every batch.
You’ll grow technical mastery, contribute to product development, and help maintain quality and consistency across our chocolate production. Passion and curiosity are essential; training will be provided to deepen your craft.
