Lake Macquarie City Council is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team. You will manage a diverse portfolio, provide strategic legal advice to senior management, and represent the Council in hearings and forums.

The role involves drafting complex contracts, deeds, and planning agreements, mentoring junior staff, and guiding regulatory compliance, litigation, and strategic legal planning. A driver’s licence and NSW familiarity are desirable.
