General Pants Co is seeking a State Manager (South) to lead store performance and customer experience across NSW, VIC, TAS and SA. You’ll set the standard for operational excellence, build a team of Store Managers and translate business strategy into on-floor action.
Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will own in-store experiences, drive sales and margins, and partner across the business to recruit and develop talent while supporting recent openings or relocations in your region.
