What we're looking for

Ideally, you'll have:

- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience or a relevant qualification, such as Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred).

- Confidence providing chairside assistance and supporting dentists during procedures.

- A willingness to assist with sterilisation, room changeovers, restocking and general clinical duties.

- A warm, friendly personality and a patient-focused approach.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues.

- The ability to multitask, stay organised and work efficiently in a busy practice.

- A reliable, adaptable attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and growing.
