Your new firm

An established, award-winning WA law firm is growing its family law team and wants a Family Lawyer to join one of its regional offices. The team is supportive, the work is varied, and the firm backs its people with mentoring, flexibility and a real path to progress.

Your current role

Run a broad family law caseload, including property settlements, parenting matters, divorce and financial agreements. You will manage your own files, draft, negotiate and advocate for clients, and take on complex and sensitive matters with the confidence to handle them independently. You will be based in Mandurah, Bunbury or Albany, with the backing of a larger firm behind you.

About You

You have at least 3 years’ PAE in family law and experience across the full range of matters above. You are also:





- Strong in drafting, negotiation and advocacy
- Practical, empathetic and focused on the client
- Collaborative and keen to grow within a supportive team
- Admitted to practise in WA
