RACV is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Team Leader at our Torquay location. You will lead the day-to-day operation of outlets, deliver exceptional guest service and work closely with kitchen, bar and events teams to ensure smooth service.
The role requires experience in a 4–5 star resort or similar environment, solid communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate a busy team. A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is desirable and can be arranged on the job.
