We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to be part of our growing Sydney-based team. These roles will oversee façade projects from early design coordination through to final installation, offering exposure to a range of commercial developments.

- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams across all project stages
- Liaise with builders, architects, engineers and consultants to resolve technical and onsite challenges
- Oversee procurement of façade materials,



ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost control
- Coordinate design reviews and ensure alignment with project goals and compliance with specifications
- Ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards
- Maintain communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing project risks

The required skills and experience for this role will include:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in façade or construction project management
- Strong understanding of full project management cycle, including design coordination, programming, budgeting, contracts, site management and compliance
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
