We’re working with an established insurance brokerage based in East Melbourne that is looking to expand its team with multiple opportunities available for Assistant Account Executives across both General Insurance and Financial Lines.

The Role

- Assist Account Executives with the management of an existing portfolio of insurance clients.
- Prepare quotations, renewals and insurance documentation.
- Liaise with insurers to obtain competitive terms and manage policy changes.
- Respond to client enquiries and provide ongoing administrative and broking support.
- Assist with claims enquiries and follow up with insurers where required.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is completed within relevant deadlines.




- Build your technical insurance knowledge while developing towards greater responsibility and client ownership.

About You

- Previous experience in insurance broking, underwriting or a related insurance role.
- An understanding of either General Insurance or Financial Lines.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced industry professionals.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively as part of a team.
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within insurance broking.
