Eucalyptus is seeking a Performance Marketer to own the paid media growth engine. You will manage campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, and emerging platforms, partnering with creative, product and analytics teams to drive measurable, scalable outcomes.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, solid analytics, and a structured test-and-learn approach. You will report to the Growth team’s Performance Lead in Sydney, Australia.
