What you'll be working on
As Event Marketing Manager, you will coordinate and attend events around the world. Your primary responsibilities include:
Conferences
Conferences are a key part of VXT’s customer acquisition strategy. We exhibit and speak at industry events and integration partner conferences .
- Research new events, negotiate commercial agreements, and plan the annual event calendar.
- Manage event logistics, including booth design and experience, merch, team travel, accommodation,
and speaker presentations.
- Coordinate internal communications so VXT attendees are well prepared.
Owned events
- Plan and run file-notes-live events, including exclusive dinners and spa days .
- Plan, promote and host online webinars.
For all events, you will coordinate with the sales team for follow-up communications and report on event engagement and performance.

Who we’re looking for
- 2+ years of event marketing experience.
- This can be made a senior role for the right candidate.
- Experience in the legal industry is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel.
