The Team
The firm's real estate practice sits alongside a leading M&A; group which works on some of the largest capital transactions in the country. Clients include ASX listed developers, renewable energy businesses and emerging data centres.
The Role
Due to growth, an prospect exists for an Associate level lawyer to join the team in Sydney. This will be supporting a local partner, as well as partners in the global network on Australian and cross border deals.
To be considered, you will need:
- Minimum of 2 years PAE in property transactions
- Exposure to acquisitions, development and/or leasing
- Experience gained from a well-regarded law firm or in-house
- Solid academic record
