About us:

We are a local well known business managing ski chalets & apartments in Thredbo Village year round. We help our clients maximise their investment potential through the ever-growing short-stay market by listing their properties on top holiday booking platforms. We take care of the day-to-day management of these bookings and look after our portfolio of properties like they were our own so our clients don’t have to worry. From managing the listing and promotion to guest experiences, cleaning and maintenance; our clients trust us to take care of their properties and we work hard to get them maximum exposure and investment returns. About the position:

We are a growing company and looking for a property assistant to join our team.



We are looking for someone with a positive can do attitude that will provide memorable guest experiences for travellers.

- Liaising with guests, owners, and contractors
- Providing excellent customer service to our guests
- Management of property upkeep, maintenance, and repairs
- Establishing and maintaining business relationships
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Create new listings, property guest guides and property signage as required
- Respond to reviews and feedback and maintain high response rates

About you:

- 2+ years holiday letting experience preferred but not essential.
- Have hospitality experience & enjoy dealing with customers.
- To be solutions-focussed with a positive can-do attitude.
- Driver’s license.
- Highly organised and proficient in documenting, filing and record-keeping.
- Good attention to detail and an eye for property marketing and styling (to ensure first impressions are favourable) a love for ski chalets helps..!
- A friendly and personable approach to relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinking capabilities.
- The position does include weekends but allows for days off during the week.
