Jigsaw Talent Management is partnering with a leading Tier 1 mining company to appoint an experienced Contract Manager to support its projects and procurement function in Perth CBD.

This is an opportunity to join an established team, managing a portfolio of contracts while driving commercial outcomes, minimising risk and building strong stakeholder relationships.

The Role

- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from tendering and negotiation through to administration and close-out.
- Support the development and implementation of category and project sourcing strategies.
- Oversee contract performance, variations, claims and dispute resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes, drive capital efficiency and deliver value.
- Provide commercial advice and build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external contractors.

About You





- Previous experience in Contract Management, Contract Specialist or Category Management roles within mining, resources, construction or major projects, ideally with exposure to Fixed Plant contracts.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and contract management.
- Experience in complex contract negotiations, claims management and dispute resolution.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to identify opportunities, manage risk and influence positive outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
