Bayside Health is seeking a dedicated Injury Management qualified to support employees through injury, recovery and return to work. Reporting to the Manager, Injury Management, you will manage a portfolio of cases from notification through to recovery and RTW, providing practical advice and liaising with practitioners, managers and WorkSafe.

You will contribute to early intervention, determine suitable duties and develop and review RTW plans with sensitivity and attention to confidentiality.
